API Authentication
According to the second volume of the eighth chapter of ASME, the "U2" stamped pressure vessel is
slapped, the "user design specification" UDS is reviewed, and the "certificate of compliance" COC is
provided with RPE certification services for two registered professional engineers, which are
exported to Canada for pressure equipment and Application agency and consultation for accessories
design license CRN#.

Brief introduction
RBI Mechanical Engineering Technology is engaged specially in inspection and quality consultation of oil and
gas industry, which was established at beginning of year 2004 in well-known Oil City –Calgary, Canada. RBI
is to meet the daily operation, software management and maintenance for facilities and equipment of
petroleum and natural gas energy, the maintenance includes new project quality management as well; taking
Alberta province and Texas petrochemical enterprises as the main service objects, gradually extended to
other parts of North America and Southeast Asia, Singapore, Australia, Dubai region of the Middle East, and
progressively, to carry out the inspection the corresponding consultation services in Beijing and Tianjin,
the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta regions of China. The company has established its Shanghai
entity in 2013.
RBI's personnel are familiar with various codes requirements with the relevant certificates, including AWS
D1.1, D1.5; ASME VIII Div.1 & 2, ASME IX, V; API 510, 570, 653/650& 620, 571, 580&581, 579, 5L, 6A&6D,1104;
1169; CSA W59 & Z662; ASME B31.3, I & B31.1, NACE,SSPC and NB-23 as well as OH&S safety guidelines for
working at hazard or dangerous environment.
RBI's field professional are covered by a minimum commercial general liability insurance up to the
requirement of the local regulation each occurrence including bodily injury, property damage, etc. and have
Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) coverage as required.
